Therapeutic & Medicinal Yogurt

Sour doesn’t mean probiotic. Most store-bought yogurts are simply acidified milk with little to no living bacteria. This method focuses on growing real, dominant probiotic strains for true medicinal benefit.

Lie down comfortably, place your legs on a pillow, and begin gently massaging around the belly button. Move in clockwise circles, then go three fingers above the navel and press gently.

Notice what you feel:
• Pain or tenderness
• Pulsation
• Hardness or discomfort
• Areas that feel blocked or tight

Hardness—especially around the liver area—can indicate stagnation and reduced blood flow. Use your hands slowly and intentionally to soften, warm, and bring circulation back.

This simple practice helps you learn your body, connect with your inner organs, and build awareness through touch. It’s also a beautiful way to teach children how to listen to their bodies safely and naturally.

Gentle. Powerful. Healing from within.

I prepared a traditional Yemenite fenugreek salad (Hilbeh) using only simple, living ingredients:
fresh lemon juice, jalapeño, parsley, cilantro, sea salt, and a small amount of soaked hilbeh (fenugreek) powder.

This is light, vibrant food with deep ancestral roots.
When fenugreek is soaked properly, it becomes airy, gentle, and supportive to digestion and circulation.

No heaviness. No trends.
Just real food, prepared with intention — the way it’s been made for generations.

Enjoy it as a fresh side, a dip, or part of a nourishing meal, or add into the soup 🌱

Do you have a minute or two? Let’s start clapping.

So much of the supplement world has become confusing and, unfortunately, not always honest. Real healing doesn’t come from chasing products — it comes when we slow down, get in touch with our bodies, and listen.

Clapping is one of the simplest ways to reconnect. Sit with yourself. Start clapping. Clap where it hurts. Breathe. Notice what your body is telling you.

Begin with 5 minutes.
Then 10.
Then 15 or 20.

Add gentle stretching, walking, and presence.

When we give the body time, attention, and love, it remembers how to heal. Miracles don’t happen overnight — they happen when we stay consistent and honest with ourselves.

I invite you to explore clapping on your own or join our classes and learn together as we move into this new year with awareness and care.

Before you take that first sip of coffee, pause for just 5 minutes.

These 5 simple movements help:
• open the lungs
• increase blood flow
• activate circulation with clapping
• wake up the nervous system
• create real, natural energy

No strict New Year resolutions.
No forcing.
Just gentle movement that reminds your body how to energize itself.

And yes afterwards, enjoy your coffee… even better with a sprinkle of chocolate ☕🍫

Happy New Year ✨
Let’s start 2026 awake, present, and connected.

If you don’t have motivation to exercise, start with something simple — just swing your hands and clap.

Gentle clapping helps wake up circulation, lift your mood, and naturally create a feeling of happiness that makes you want to continue moving. It’s often all you need to get started.

Clap over different areas of the body the head, ears, face, neck, liver, and kidneys — and along the meridians. As you clap, scan your body. If an area feels tender or painful, it’s a sign of stagnation and a place that needs care. This is what I call an honest outlook on yourself.

When practiced daily, this simple habit builds awareness and helps us notice imbalances early — before they turn into disease.

✨ Simple. Gentle. Effective.

Black Fermented Garlic 🍃

Not just garlic — aged, fermented, and transformed.
Black garlic is gentle on digestion, rich in antioxidants, and deeply nourishing to the body.

It supports immunity, circulation, heart health, and detox, without the harshness of raw garlic.

An ancient food that sits between medicine and nourishment — slow, wise, and powerful.

Delicious Stewed Meat with Tamarind
Food I grew up , nourishing, and full of flavor.

You’ll need:
• 1 lb stew meat
• 1 large onion
• 3–4 garlic cloves
• Olive oil
• Salt
• ~2 cups water

Sauce:
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp curry
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp allspice
• ½ tsp nutmeg
• 1–2 tbsp tamarind paste

How to make it:
1. Boil meat briefly, discard water, rinse.
2. Brown meat in olive oil.
3. Add onion, garlic (and chili if you like).
4. Add water + salt. Simmer ~1 hour until tender.
5. Mix sauce ingredients.
6. Stir into meat, simmer 10–15 min.

Serve with ghomi, polenta, rice, or bread 🤍

Today I’m making a stuffed bread, inspired by traditional Adjaruli Khachapuri.

The cheese matters — not only for flavor, but for digestion.

I choose raw farm milk cheddar, combined with a little cottage cheese and feta, and I stay away from stretchy cheeses that are harder on the stomach.

Raw milk cheddar is aged, naturally fermented, and much easier for the body to process.

This is traditional food, adapted wisely — simple, nourishing, and made with care.
