Another day, another comment from a TRT bro who gets his medical info from a Telegram thread run by a guy selling bathtub testosterone. Let’s set the record straight.

Claim: “Enclomiphene crashes estrogen and growth hormone.”
Reality: That’s complete fiction…and easily disproven.

Here’s what the science actually says:
• Enclomiphene is a SERM (Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator)
• It temporarily blocks estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus, NOT estrogen production
• This increases LH and FSH, which boosts natural testosterone
• Estrogen often goes UP, not down, due to aromatization of increased T
• And growth hormone? Minor to no impact. Poor sleep hurts GH far more

So if someone tells you enclomiphene “nukes estrogen,” they either don’t understand endocrinology or they’re selling you something (probably TRT for life).

Meanwhile, here’s what enclomiphene does do:
