4 YEARS SOBER!! ✨

For those who don’t know… in February of 2022, I made one of the most important decisions of my life: I chose to go completely sober.

At the time, I was struggling deeply with alcohol abuse and relying on different substances to numb and distract myself from my mental health. What started as the occasional drink with friends slowly turned into drinking alone every day. I convinced myself that I didn’t have a problem, but in reality, I was losing pieces of myself. Not only did alcohol negatively impact my personal relationships, but it also damaged my mental and physical health.

Today, I am so proud to say I have gone four years without a single substance. I’ve learned how to face my battles head-on instead of running from them. Most importantly, I’ve learned to love who I am without anything numbing or altering me.

If you’re struggling quietly, please know you’re not alone and my DMs are always open. Change feels impossible until the day you decide you deserve better. And you do deserve better — more peace, more happiness, more self-love, more life.

Four years down, forever to go. 🙂‍↕️
