Circle Fitness Training is a consciousness and pathway to health - a vehicle for physical, mental and spiritual transformation. We embrace a lifestyle approach to conscious movement which creates greater strength, body attunement, flexibility, fluidity and grace. It begins with the center of your movement working through your core outward so that your entire system is balanced and whole. Once the body is in alignment and you become conscious of what that feels like, you'll become keenly aware of anything that throws it off balance. This awareness allows you to become your biggest ally and partner with your body to achieve and sustain wellness. You only get one body during your lifetime. The idea is to enable it to give you both a long and healthy experience. Since most of us aren't too clear on the intricate needs required to facilitate a healthy robust life, getting the body in alignment and allowing it to tell you what it needs physically, mentally and spiritually is an excellent place to start. Now the journey begins...
