* Being in the mystery. Inside Genie‘s bottle; and purple light. Bring the light to any situation; Choose to Be the Light.
* Sitting in silence, we are connected to Source. s
* Serenity
* A couple of us, heard and saw children playing outside.
* Work was getting done.
* Art, Stories and Hope; Culture - all being shared.
* Family resting on the couch.
* Sharing food. Being in the lake. Taking care of livestock.

Remember, it’s none of your business what someone thinks about you. Remember too, that hurt people hurt … others. Yet, we are all connected. When you heal, others heal, too. Take care of your side of the story and you help me, them, others, too. Remember if you called to come and sit, please join our meditation n be prepared after we’ve set the intention that we will be in the meditation for around 30 minutes. When our energy comes back into our bodies, which is distinct, we still remain in silence receiving the healing of building, compassion within ourselves and our communities.

Be a part of this inner movement. Deepen t/our efforts with the power of eight+ Welcome. Community Quantum Healing prayer Meditation for Compassion in Action. Enter at/by 6:30pm. Get grounded. Place both feet on the ground. Maybe 3 OMs chanted. Invoking our Goddesses of Compassion, Mother Mary, Quan Yin, Mother, Father, the Christ, Holy Spirit, Mary Magdalene, Ascended Masters, our Highest Selves and Highest Guides, the Four Corners, Above and Below, and our Elements.

I’m centered in the divine. I am guided as an outlet of blessings. It takes one person,one match to light up the dark.

Dr Lara will intro the meditation technique to be still, get quiet and allow for messages or visuals. It’s a healing Journey. Be patient. After +-30 minutes we’ll start to feel ourselves energy return to our bodies, remaining quiet until we’ve all returned. Then we’ll share; before closing usually with 3 deep breaths.
