Straight up. . I've been struggling to find the words to write a half decent motivational post as of the last few days and I apologize.
So instead I'm gonna be real with you.
Motivation comes and goes... so STOP wondering how I "still motivated"... how I put in effort every day to eat healthy... to be honest it's a HABIT at this point.

I'm the only person who can achieve MY goals. Because when I choose to take this path, I committed to show up for myself (motivated or not) I show up, I follow through, I make it happen!

Because when you sit around and WAIT for the day that you are inspired and motivated and "READY" YOU'RE GOING TO BE WAITING A LONG TIME .

STOP the excuses. GET REAL with yourself what are your priorities in life? Are you forming HABITS that are helping you move towards those goals? Or are you sitting around waiting for the day you'll be "motivated" enough to start?

I want you to succeed, moreover, I want you to be happy and fulfilled and excited and passionate. BUT please realize we are HUMAN and there's going to be days were exhaustion, depression, laziness, regret are going to exist and its going to be HARD.

In those moments you have to remember your goals and remember WHY you set out in this journey! The best thing we can do is work EVERY DAM DAY to get closer to are goals ❤

Envision this really stop whatever you are doing. Think about were you are in life. Physically visualize it. Now look at were you want to be. Almost like two dots on paper. Now look at were you want to be and the obstacles that are stop you from being there. Maybe it money, or health, maybe a friend or family member. Maybe it's a deadend job. Now realize that you won't get any further by just staring at those obstacles. Making mistakes and doing things out of your comfort zone Maybe scary. Falling sometimes may be scary. But you know what's scarier? Looking at yourself 20 years from now and wishing you had tried. Believing in yourself is the best thing you can do.

Today, I challenge all of you to drink half your body weight in ounces of water 💦 (what you should be drinking everyday) not only is drinking water good for you for your health but it helps with clear skin, digestion, promotes weight loss etc.
That's my number one tip when ask Nicole what's your secret to healthy skin? 🤔 I say drink water when I get ask what I do to my skin or what Foundation I'm using to make my skin look good🙄 I wear no makeup all I do is drink water all day💦
