PAT VALENTINE :: I have over 30 + years in the Fitness Industry. Years ago – I taught Kids how to Swim and gain confidence at the local YMCA. I ended up specializing in the kids that were scared and could not be taught to swim. -Because I was able to think outside the box- and put myself in their shoes- I was very successful – and found my passion for helping those who did not think they could be Helped 2 worked early on with Older Adults and exercise- teaching lots of confidence and belief. I have spent most of my career at Gold’s Gym. Working for over 25 +years until they relocated out of the area. I have worked with everyone from Fitness Models, Body Builders, New Moms and a lot of people that joined the gym-had no idea where to start-and were too scared to ask or help.…I worked with a lot of Cancer survivors and Athletic Injuries to help get them back on track and strong again. I Currently teaching Group Fitness Workout Classes of Seniors and Adults. The Seniors have learned they can do everything everybody told them they Couldn’t Do! With the Adult Workout Class- we work on fixing all those irritating weaknesses, old injuries that we have been nursing for the last 10 years- and basically Anything -that they think they Can’t Do!

I have been working full time in Health & Fitness for over 12 years and actually conduct 12 exercise classes a week. I have clients/students that have been with me for all 12 years. We work on strength, cardio conditioning both high impact and low impact exercises- balance, and flexibility. We targeting specific muscle groups mixed with overall functionality of the body. Couple of the classes have about 75 people! We create so much energy &community that everyone encourages each other to their Best!
As athletes ourselves, we understand the balance of the workout and the rest. We constantly brainstorm -together – to find the simplest easiest way to attain the most strength without extra effort. We want your Exercise Workout to become an important habit- that is actually a stepping stone – to making the rest of your life -easier and more enjoyable…because the more you can do something with ease- the better the outcome, the faster you can move on to the next task at hand. We ventured into Online Fitness Coaching because we want to reach more people and bring our collective knowledge of body strength and tips to make Life Itself—Easier!!
