Graciela offers in-person and virtual services, one-on-one, groups and corporate wellness; Graciela helps clients connect body, Mind and Spirit to improve health, combining regular training with Pilates, Yoga and aquatic fitness.

Through her own experience as a Breast Cancer survivor, Graciela understands the benefits of fitness in cancer treatment and into survivorship. With this in mind, she created her Thriving Cells program, to help patients and survivors to achieve their best shape, strength and quality of life possible.
