Let your mind wander into the reaches of hope and inspiration by tapping into your breath, meditative mind, and energetic body in this rejuvenating community sound experience. Our focus will wander deep into the subconscious as crystal bowl hums and synthesized vibrations wash over us, moving tension out and drawing insights to the forefront. Use this as a first step in your morning of wellness. The second being a walk through the museum to get further inspiration from the creative and insightful resources only the Autry can provide.

Find a comfy position and tap into your inner light. The solar plexus provides us the fire to digest information and take action. There is also a prominent nerve (Vagus) that runs through the abdomen and contributes to deep rest when the belly is deliberately softened. Wishing you a moment of inspired relaxation.

Use this short Alternate Nostril Breathing Exercise to steady your breath and your mind. The mildly complicated technique for this breathwork encourages us to stay present and aware with every single breath, in and out. By consequence, our mind gains a point of focus for an extended period of time. This frees the brain from all the excess thoughts, if only for a few minutes.

Take a couple minutes to settle, to focus on one single point, to keep your mind from wandering and solving and planning and more. Use a candle of your own or ours. Use a rock or a crystal or anything really that you can fix your gaze on. Your posture is easeful and your breath is natural. Just gaze. Give yourself at least a minute. Let yourself be and gaze.
