Thank you to THE AUTRY! We had such a sweet rainy Sunday morning in the theater with everyone who showed up to practice the art of non-judgement. It starts with noticing the breath and noticing when we stray from our focus on the breath. At that moment, we get to choose whether we judge ourselves for drifting or settle back into focus. Then, we decide whether we judge ourselves for judging ourselves or get back to the breath. It seems simple, but we worked with sound to get into a more calm and open-minded state of being with this practice. See you next month on Mother’s Day!

To be in a flow state is like being in the zone, totally immersed in a moment. We invite you to our flow state, otherwise known as our sound bath. We will become immersed in the sounds and the vibe of the group and the feeling of the chapel where we gather. This will become a moment unlike any other, which will remind us that every moment is unique and we have the opportunity to embrace each one. Please join us in dropping into the flow at our Sacral Chakra Sound Bath!

For our April community sound bath, we encourage observing with an open mind and an open heart. Using breathwork and sound, we will guide guests into a relaxed, receptive state of being. Then, we encourage taking the lesson into the galleries to see how it shifts the experience.

Event takes place in the theater, where you are invited to sit in very cozy seats.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in getting grounded last night! We hope the rumbly synth cradled you into a sweet sleep state after the event. It felt good to release some of that pent up tension and refuel with earth energy alongside you.

One guest felt the movement of waves moving through his body while another had a purifying emotional release.
