Shalom! Camp Moshava Alevy in Running Springs, CA, is bringing a group of 18 boys and girls from Kiryat Shemona to their summer program, and they are looking for donations to help run the project: https://www.moshavaalevy.org/give (please choose the "Chessed Project" option when donating. Every dollar helps).
These are boys that have been displaced from their homes in the northern part of Israel since November, and experiencing the emotional challenges with having to leave their homes and their friends, many having to live in cramped rooms with their entire families, and undergoing the emotional distress of wartime Israel.
As part of the activities during their summer camp in California, there will be several special trips for the group and meaningful experiences on their way to healing (including day trips to Los Angeles and more). If you are able to help the cause and support these boys, please donate
here: https://www.moshavaalevy.org/give, or you can get in touch with the organizer Daniel Tamir at 646-821-3280.
Daniel can also answer any questions you may have about the program (I'm just sharing the info on his behalf in the quest to raise funds to fund their wonderful work).
Thank you Barak Raviv Foundation for being the first to donate! Barak we appreciate your support as ever.
Many thanks and wishing you a beautiful ahead! Shavua Tov.
