FDA approval? Legal freedom? Not so fast.

Trump says federal cannabis rescheduling to Schedule III could be coming soon—but NORML sets the record straight:

• It won’t legalize cannabis at the federal level.
• It won’t turn it into prescription medicine.
• It won’t let states set their own rules independent of federal law.
