During this Pandemic we should keep ourselves safe by adopting few healthy habits.
1. Wash your hands frequently for at least 20 second. This is enough time to sing Happy birthday song twice😊
2. Do not touch your face eyes & nose without washing or sanitizing your hands.
3. Eat healthy to boost your immune system. If our immunity is strong then we can fight this virus.
4. Don't dehydrate your self. Consume at least 3-4 litters in a day
5. Avoid drinking chilled water, Normal water is fine.
6. Wear mask whenever you step outside or when you're in crowd.
7. Maintain at least one arm distance to follow social distancing.
