The 2am wakeup isn't random. It's your body yelling at you.

That lack of motivation does not necessarily mean you're lazy. It is a sign.

Those intense cravings aren't just a willpower problem. They can tell you a lot.

Your struggle to lose weight isn't just cause "you're old now." It is because of how stress and life have messed with your hormones, nervous system and ability to manage stress.

That painful bloating might not be from that one cookie you ate. There's likely be a lot going on bts.

➡️ We all like to complain about things and say there is nothing we can do about them (no judgment cause I do it too lol)

✅️ But I help my clients track these symptoms and shift their habits so they don't have to suffer anymore.

You can have that too.

Start honoring these things.
Look for the root cause.
Ask for help cause it can be complex.

You deserve to feel amazing.

I was just scrolling Instagram on my walk. (Trying to get some inspiration about what to post today.)

And I came across a reel.

A girl posted a video: "what I eat in a day to lose weight as someone who has no idea what she is doing"

The comments on the video made me want to rip my hair out 😅

Just a bunch of self-proclaimed nutritionists giving horrible advice.

So, I thought I would share some of the bad advice I saw and why it is so bad...

Maybe it will teach you something 🫶

1. "Try intermittent fasting"

The woman in the video said she has a history of binging. So restricting her food window is a horrible idea.

Intermittent fasting can also really mess with hormones (for menstruating women) and add to chronic stress issues. So it is not the magic solution so many commenters believe it to be.

2. "Stop eating gluten"

Not everyone needs to do this! Whole wheat products have nutritional benefits.

And most of the time when people cut gluten they just end up cutting all carbs. And your body needs carbs!

3. "Have 2 eggs and 2 egg whites for breakfast"

Oh, this one was so close. But where is the fiber?

Most of the comments emphasized protein. Which, yes! But you need FIBER too! At every meal. Fiber supports hormone balance (among many other things) which is vital to your weight loss journey

✨️

Moral of the story:

If you want advice on how to lose weight, then talk to an expert (like me 👋) and maybe don't take random advice from you Instagram comments.

I had my annual physical last week and was reminded why what I do is important.

I like my doctor. She's great.

■ But she is rushed.

We never have enough time to chat, and I only see her once a year... so recapping a YEAR in a short amount of time is stressful.

■ When I complain about things, she points out that they don't mean anything "big" is wrong with my health.

Which, is great. But what about my daily comfort?

That is not something she is really concerned with.

🚨 But I am. And you probably are too.

That's where I step in as a coach.

I show up daily for my clients. I am there and give them my undivided time for 45-60 minutes on calls.

I help them investigate the annoyances that don't indicate *major health issues* but do cause major discomfort.

I work through those things with my clients in a holistic way. Making sure their energy, mood, cycles and stress are all supporting them.

I navigate those things with my clients so they don't have to suffer anymore.

🧡

I you want that kind of support, please message me the word DOCTOR.

And that’s not a failure... it’s biology.

Because your body isn’t theirs.
Your stress isn’t theirs.
Your hormones aren’t theirs.

👉 That’s why I believe in personalization - not just for fat loss, but for real results that actually last.

It’s why group fitness alone isn’t enough.

It’s why I don’t hand out cookie-cutter plans.

And it’s why having a coach makes all the difference.

When you’re dealing with stress, hormone shifts, or fatigue that won’t budge - it’s not just about working harder.

➡️ It’s about working with your body, not against it.

That’s the work I do with my clients:
✨️ Nervous system-safe workouts.
✨️ Hormone-informed coaching.
✨️ Personalized support that helps you finally feel like yourself again.

Want to learn what that could look like for you?

DM me “PLAN” and I’ll walk you through it.

My client had spent years dreading the week before her period.

Her PMS wasn’t just “annoying.”

It was:

🤕 Headaches
😬 B**b pain
😡 Mood swings that made her feel like someone else

She thought it was just “part of being a woman.”

But it was actually a hormone imbalance that no one had helped her decode.

So we started tracking her cycle.

Not just the bleed, but what was happening with her mood, energy, hunger, and symptoms all month long.

🙌 Cycle tracking helped us find her pattern.

Then made a few shifts:
→ Lower-impact workouts in the second half
→ More magnesium-rich foods
→ Nervous system + blood sugar support

💬 Then she messaged me:
“My b***s don’t hurt this month. At all. That has never happened.”

The lesson?
PMS isn’t a punishment.

✅️ It’s a signal.

When you support your body the right way, your hormones want to work with you.

✨ Want help decoding your cycle?

I do this work 1:1 with clients every week.

🚨 DM me CYCLE if you want support.

“I finally feel relief. And permission to do less.”

That’s what one woman said to me after completing my 14-Day Reset and then hopping on a 1:1 strategy call.

She had PCOS, was entering perimenopause, and had tried everything.

Fasting. Cutting carbs. Overexercising. Limiting calories. Every supplement she could find.

And yet…
The fatigue never lifted.
The weight didn’t move.
The bloating and anxiety never went away.

🙌 By the end of our reset together, she said:
I feel like I can finally breathe again.

She wasn’t broken.
She was just burnt out.

And for the first time, someone had given her a plan that focused on safety, not stress.

✨ We didn’t add more to her plate.
✨ We didn’t chase symptoms.
✨ We supported her nervous system.

This is why I do what I do.

Because behind every woman trying to “do everything right” is someone desperate for a different kind of support.

💛 You deserve relief.
💛 You deserve to feel safe in your body again.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

✅️ Comment RESET for more info on the program she did.
