You don’t need to know how this is going to work out.

You need to stop spiraling every time you don’t have the full plan.

Most people sabotage good things because they can’t tolerate uncertainty. They panic. They overthink. They start forcing outcomes just to feel in control.

That energy is what creates the mess.

Believing it will work out isn’t naïve. It’s regulated.

It means:
– You don’t collapse when you can’t see the next step.
– You don’t chase just because you’re uncomfortable.
– You don’t assume worst-case as protection.

You stay steady.

And steadiness is powerful.

The “how” usually reveals itself to the person who didn’t freak out.

If you’re in a season where nothing makes sense yet — good.

Your job isn’t to figure out everything.
Your job is to hold your posture while it unfolds.

That’s maturity.
That’s power.
That’s how things actually start working out.

and still feel stuck.

Because your subconscious always chooses familiar.

It doesn’t care about your vision board.
It cares about safety.

So real change doesn’t come from forcing positivity.

It comes from regulating your nervous system, healing the inner child, and rewiring the beliefs that quietly run your life.

You don’t attract what you want.

You attract what your body feels safe holding.
