☀️| Cleaners in Dallas, Texas & South LA, CA | Pay each job
Duties | 🫧
- Perform various cleaning actions such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc
- Perform and track routine inspection
- Clean and supply designated facility areas
- Notify management in case there is a need for repair and interventions
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Required |
• Cleaning Experience - 2 yrs+
• Stick by Preplanned Tasks/Schedule
• Knowledge of Various Cleaning Chemicals and Supplies
• Knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets w/ Training
• Ability to Work with Herbs, Essential oils w/ Training
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Integrity and Good Interpersonal skills
• Ability to carry equipment up to 10 lbs
• Ability to carry up to 30lbs (if unable you'll get a partner.)
• Available Weekly - 8am - 5pm

☀️| Handymen in Dallas, TX & South LA, CA | Pay Each Job + depending on amount of work, pay combined if can do multiple jobs.
Duties | 🛠
- Repair equipment and various machines and appliances
- Perform and track maintenance jobs and light repairs
- Perform lightning installation
- Application of holistic pest control
- Fill gaps and provide painting services
- Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work
- Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed
Required |
• Handyman Experience - 1 yr - 2 yrs+
• Painting Experience - 2 yrs+
• Experience with appropriate electrical tools and equipment - 2 yrs+
• Stick by preplanned tasks/schedule
• In-Depth knowledge of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
• Ability to work with / around herbs and essential oils w/ Training
• Able to carry up to 50 lbs

☀️| Gardeners in Dallas, TX & South LA, CA | Pay each job
Duties | 🌵🪴
- Plant, grow, and care for annual and perennial garden beds according to agreed-upon project design and requirements.
- Mow, sweep, w**d, and mulch grounds to keep lawns, walkways, and garden beds neat and free of clutter.
- Properly discard grass clippings, leaves, and other gardening debris.
- Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to execute the best garden design and maintenance for the lot and growing environment.
- Recommend plant and landscape design ideas based on sunlight, soil condition, and watering needs.
- Regularly maintain and repair gardening equipment and structures, such as sharpening and disinfecting shovels, shears, and lawnmower blades, and edging.
- Ensure gardening and maintenance work adhere to the proper safety and health regulations.
- Photograph plants for company site and for reporting
Required |
• Thorough understanding of Horticulture (Hands on / By Book) - 2 yrs+
• Photography - 1 yr+
• Technical Skills - 6 months+
• Gardening - 2 yrs+

• Flexibilty & Dexterity
• Excellent worker who can perform gardening duties without supervision.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal gardening policies and regulations.
• Comfortable working with or learning how to use common gardening and landscaping tools, such as mowers, irrigation devices, and tillers.
• Strong creative thinking, organization, and garden design skills. Permaculture Knowledge ++
• Able to work around children / students for some jobs
• Able to work with herbs and essential oils w/ Training
• Ability to Work with Team Members
• Ability to Work Independently
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and leadership.
