Improving lives through healthy living and self-care. As a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse, Infusion Specialist, and Public Health Expert, I've been fortunate enough to make a positive difference in the lives of my patients and community. My strong educational foundation from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) has given me a solid understanding of the complexities of hea

lthcare and the importance of overall wellness. Throughout my career, I've worked in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and research institutions. As an Infusion Specialist, I've developed expertise in administering life-saving treatments while providing emotional support to my patients. My Public Health background has allowed me to promote health education, prevention, and community outreach initiatives encouraging healthy living and self-care. My journey has not always been easy. As an immigrant with English as a second language and a mom, maintaining a high GPA at UCLA was not always easy. Due to life challenges, I was set back a year in my schooling, but I persevered and graduated with my Master's Degree. I worked nights and did what I had to do to make it to where I am today. It taught me that not all of life's journeys are easy or straight paths. As a mom and wellness enthusiast, I'm eager to share my journey and inspire others to prioritize self-care and healthy living. I believe that finding balance in life is crucial to our well-being, and I'm committed to helping others achieve this balance. Through my experiences and passion, I aim to inspire positive change and promote a culture of wellness that extends beyond my community.

Magnesium: Unlocking Wellness Through IV Infusion

Did you know that magnesium is used in over 300 bodily functions? However, about 50% of adults in the US don't get the recommended amount of magnesium in their diets, and about 70-80% of seniors over 70 are deficient.

Because your body needs magnesium for critical functions, low magnesium levels can lead to fatigue, muscle cramps, migraines, increased anxiety, and other health concerns.

Magnesium IV infusions are an excellent way to replenish your body's supply of this vital mineral. IV infusion delivers this essential mineral directly into the bloodstream, bypassing digestive limitations. This allows for rapid absorption and utilization, providing quick relief from symptoms.

Besides those with a magnesium deficiency, many people can benefit from Magnesium IV infusions, including:
👉 Athletes seeking improved performance and recovery
👉 Individuals with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, or stress
👉 Those experiencing migraines, muscle cramps, or spasms
👉 People with anxiety, depression, or insomnia

What does Magnesium IV infusion do?
✅ Relaxes muscles, reducing cramps and spasms
✅ Improves energy production, reducing fatigue
✅ Enhances mental clarity and focus
✅ Supports immune function and overall wellness
✅ Helps alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression
✅ Provides relief from migraine headaches

If you're looking for a natural, effective way to boost your energy, alleviate symptoms, and enhance overall wellness, consider Magnesium IV infusion. As always, consult a healthcare professional to determine if this treatment is right for you.

As a busy mom and Registered Nurse, my journey has had challenges and bumps along the way. Balancing work, parenting, and personal growth can be overwhelming. But I'm determined to thrive, not just survive!

Over the past 15 years, I have had to learn to balance being a mom with grad school and busy nursing shift schedules. While the path was not always easy, it made me passionate about empowering others to prioritize their health and wellness. Self-care is not selfish. Taking care of ourselves is essential to living our best lives and caring for those we love.

Here are 5 tips that have helped me achieve a better work-life balance:
Prioritize self-care: Make time for activities that nourish your mind, body, and soul, such as exercise, meditation, or reading.
Set boundaries: Establish clear boundaries between your work and personal life to prevent burnout and maintain productivity.
Ask for help: Don't be afraid to ask for help from family, friends, or colleagues when you need it.
Take breaks: Take regular breaks throughout the day to recharge and reduce stress.
Be Mindful: Focus on the present moment and let go of worries about the past or future.

Let's support each other on this journey! What tips have you learned in your path from struggle to success?
