St. John's Transgender Health Program St. John’s Well Child and Family Center offers trans* health services, welcoming all patients by providing a safe environment where you free to be you.

John's Transgender Health Program provides comprehensive health services. Trans* specific services, including hormone replacement therapy. Referrals to transgender advocates, legal support, and other services including assistance with name and/or gender marker changes. Primary and preventive care – medical, dental, and pharmacy. Behavioral and mental health care – individual counseling, family counseling, and support groups. HIV and STI testing, counseling, and treatment. Health insurance enrollment
