Farmworkers in California have been and are currently facing multiple crises at once. Right now, the most pressing issues include coronavirus and exposure to dangerous air from wildfires. According to an interview on NPR, PPE distributions have occurred, but are no where near meeting the demands to ensure the safety of farm workers and their families.

Although there is much more to be done, we have teamed up with Dreamers Roadmap to raise $5000 to provide 5000 KN95 masks for our California farm workers. We hope that this campaign will bring awareness to not only this, but the many inequities that some of our most essential workers are and have been facing for many decades.

This is urgent and we are calling upon our community’s to make a difference today. The fires are not letting up and we want to get these necessary items to our farm workers as soon as possible.
