/STRENGTH/
I loveeee being strong and having muscles. But I also love being strong mentally. Mentally tough. As you may know I was going through a rough patch at the beginning of the year and I finally feel like myself again!!

I had to go through it to learn and grow. My standards are sooo high now, I ain’t takin s**t from nobody, and I’m not ignoring red flags anymore. It has not been easy, there have been really low, sad days but I have made it through! Be proud of yourself for getting through tough times.

Things that have made me feel my best:
1. SLEEPING! I have been going to sleep earlier and it is honestly life changing. I no longer need to drink coffee and I have tons of energy.
2. Giving my self love! Doing what I want, remembering who the F I am, hyping myself up.
3. Working out!! Pushing myself but also listening to my body. I have been lifting heavy, running, pilates, and yoga! I love doing a mix of all of them.
4. Taking time for myself and putting myself first. This one is so important. You deserve the time and effort that you so easily give to others!!!
