Looking for a quick, nutritious, and tasty meal? Try this healthy sandwich packed with goodness! 🌱✨

Ingredients:
βœ… 2 slices of whole-grain or sourdough bread
βœ… 2 tbsp hummus or avocado spread
βœ… 1 handful of fresh spinach or arugula
βœ… 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
βœ… 1/4 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
βœ… 1/4 cup shredded carrots
βœ… 3-4 slices of grilled chicken or tofu (optional for added protein)
βœ… A sprinkle of sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds for crunch
βœ… A pinch of salt, pepper, and a dash of lemon juice

Instructions:
1️⃣ Lightly toast the bread slices if desired.
2️⃣ Spread hummus or avocado on one side of each slice.
3️⃣ Layer spinach, cucumber, red bell pepper, carrots, and protein of your choice.
