This Spicy Tomato Soup is so easy and delicious, you can make it I less than 10 minutes!! Ingredients: ½ cup pine nuts ½ cup water 1/8 cup of flaxseed oil 1/8 cup of cold pressed olive or avocado oil 1/8 cup chopped parsley 1/8 cup of fresh basil 2 cloves garlic 1 Tbsp. of cayenne pepper 12 small vine ripened tomatoes Juice half a lemon Sea salt to taste Method: Wash, dry and chop the fresh ingredients, tomatoes, garlic, basil and parsley. Add these ingredients as well as nuts, water, oils and lemon juice into the blender and blend extremely well. Add cayenne pepper to taste.
