First, there's the “Greet and Redirect,” like Kittenfishing in online dating followed by the “Finance Tango,” where they juggle numbers like circus clowns, making you wonder if PT Barnum is running the show.

But wait, the show isn’t over! Enter the “Package,” where every question about features leads to a maze of add-ons and upcharges. By the end, you’re left dazed, confused, and clutching a contract that seems longer than Zelda’s boa constrictor.

Too many car dealerships have a less than stellar reputation. Rona’s car buying disappointment is a tale that echoes the tiring journey people have experienced.
