We like to think deeply, converse intimately and be surprised in conversation! What do you feel and think about Devotion and Discipline?

They are not opposites.
They are different entrances into the same temple.

Discipline is outer structure.
Devotion is inner fire.

How they relate

Discipline is the path.
Devotion is the reason you walk it.

Discipline is the choreography.
Devotion is the music.

Discipline holds the shape.
Devotion fills the soul.

When they meet, life becomes both steady and sacred.
Life can move with intention and love as if guided.

Discipline without devotion is duty.
Devotion without discipline is drift.
Together, they become embodiment.
