Surrender to the actions of the universe; the marvel of nature, the things you never saw coming.
Surrender to your present difficulties; the pain and the losses, especially to the things you tried so hard to control but couldn’t. Surrender to the definition of yourself, your judgments they are just your way of limiting who you are.

Sharing this pic from the candlelit Yin class that took place in the wine cellar of the Masseria during my recent Italian yoga retreat!
I look forward to continuing to spend Sundays with the CFY community, just at a new time starting this Sunday, July 6th. Same lovely space, same warm atmosphere and hot room - just a few hours earlier so you can now move into your Sunday afternoons already stretched and relaxed. 🧘🏼‍♀️
