Everyone thinks it’s the answer to dry skin
But if you’re using it wrong… it can actually do the opposite 😅
Here’s what you need to know:
• Hyaluronic acid is a humectant → it pulls moisture
• If your skin is dry or the air is dry, it can pull moisture from your skin instead
• That’s why some people feel MORE dry after using it
How to actually use it correctly:
• Apply on damp skin (never completely dry)
• Use it right after cleansing or mist your face first
• Always seal it with a moisturizer after
• Don’t rely on it alone — layer it into your routine
Think of it like this…
It needs water to work. No water = no glow
This is exactly why your skin might still feel dry even when you’re using “hydrating” products
