💫Transformation 💫 Down 32.2lbs, BF down to 21% But more importantly swipe to check out visceral fat came down 5%. This is stubborn, dangerous fat around organs. Clean eating not just calorie deficit is what will lower this particular fat. Not only does she look amazing but she is healthy on th so side. My Girl killed this Program. I’m a Proud Coach : )

Nutrition Program: Down 19lbs so far. Just completed first program which was taking down body fat %. Starting program 2 which is losing more body fat, building muscle and giving her body a bikini fit look. I also train Miss T to build and lift b***y, narrow waist, create shoulders and lean quads.

‼️NEW RECIPE ALERT (SWIPE⏭)‼️⠀

Introducing the easiest and most versatile meal that is guilt free, nutrient dense, and tastes like it came straight from a take-out container!!⠀

🥡EGG ROLL IN A BOWL🥡⠀
This meal is delicious and can be made in bulk for the entire week!⠀

Ingredients:⠀
🥩1 package of your protein of choice. (We used ground beef but you can mix it up each week or prepare two different protein sources and make a different meal each night!)⠀

🥬1-2 packages of coleslaw mix⠀

🧄Garlic Salt⠀

🥢Coconut Aminos (tastes just like soy sauce without all the MSG and sodium)⠀

RECIPE:⠀

1. In a pan cook your protein and season to taste with garlic powder and any other spices you like (ginger is awesome in this as well! Also feel free to use fresh garlic!)⠀

2. In another pan sauté a package of coleslaw mix until translucent and tender. ⠀

3. Season mixture with garlic salt and coconut aminos to taste ⠀

4. Mix protein and coleslaw mix together and serve with guac or low calorie sauce of choice! ⠀

5. Store the rest in an airtight container, ready to make meals for the rest of the week when needed! ⠀

Control. It’s something we all crave and something we all think we lack. Want to know a secret? What if I told you that your reality is shaped by your outlook on life and the actions that result from that interpretation?⠀

Let’s break it down: there are many cliche sayings such as “Is the glass half full or half empty?” Or “the grass is greener where you water it”. In life we may feel like we are out of control, but in actuality you are shaping your own reality based on the lens you see your life through. Is it gray and cloudy? Well then your actions will match that vision. But if you CHOOSE to see the world as sunny and bright, as a universe working FOR YOU, your actions will reflect that as well. Thus creating a brighter, happier, more fulfilling reality. ⠀

So, is your glass of life half full or half empty? Are you choosing to water the grass you’re standing on to make it greener? Will you decide to create a brighter reality? The choice is up to you. Your life, is up to you. ⠀

17lbs down. 3 kids. Hardworking woman in her 40s. What’s your excuse?⠀

We are so proud of yet another client who has successfully completed Phase 1 of our Live Free Program. ⠀

Better sleep, free of toxins, free of unwanted excess bodyfat. Tons of hard work, perseverance, and trust. This girl never gave up and let go of control trusting her Live Free Nutrition Coach and Owner ! And she is thrilled with the results!⠀

Visceral fat extremely low (this is the bad fat that causes disease!). Muscles mass is that of an athlete. And she can rock one heck of a bikini!⠀

Life’s short! Eat a burger(...and some fries) 🍔🍟⠀

Our Owner and Head Nutrition Coach is on the West Coast in California soaking up the sun and some fun family and friend time and here’s a picture of some scrumptious In-N-Out they dug into yesterday!⠀

Here at Live Free while we definitely preach eating right and incorporating lots of fruits and vegetables what we preach even more is BALANCE and freeing your mind of dietary restrictions. ⠀

So often we see clients restrict and restrict until finally they cave and eat everything in sight. How do you prevent this? Indulge in moderation! ⠀

Have a burger and fries here and there. We aren’t saying make this a daily habit, but on special occasions, holidays, or just a random Tuesday night indulge in something other than your normal protein and veggies. ⠀

As long as you get right back on track the next day or so, it’s all good and you got to partake in⠀
memories that will last a lifetime. ⠀

Hey! Wanna know a secret? Guess who is keeping you from accomplishing your health and wellness goals and impeding you from living the life you’ve always dreamed of? ⠀

I’ll give you a hint...look in the mirror!⠀

Today we are talking about negative self talk and it hurts us more than anything else!⠀

You are keeping YOU from achieving your goals. ⠀

Time and time again we see clients holding themself back. They fall off their diet and beat themselves up and never want to try again thinking they are doomed to repeat their supposed “failure”. WRONG ⠀

As a society we don’t give enough praise for the TRYING. It takes courage to try. Because trying puts us in a vulnerable state. And Vulnerability as our mentor Brene Brown likes to say is BRAVE. There is nothing more brave than being vulnerable and trying because it is not set in stone that you will succeed. ⠀

However if you never try you definitely won’t achieve your goals. ⠀

So the next time you find yourself saying that you’ll never reach your goals, INSTEAD remind yourself of the courage it takes to try and repeatedly tell yourself this is the time you will succeed. ⠀

Free your mind of self imposed negativity and live free! ⠀
