Want to lower your risk of prostate cancer?
⬇️ While some risk factors like age and genetics are out of your control, you can make positive lifestyle choices that may help.!

Here are some tips that can support prostate health:
1️⃣ Exercise: Having a regular exercise routine can help maintain a healthy weight and reduce your chances of developing prostate cancer.
2️⃣ Eat a balanced diet: Fuel your body with a balanced diet rich in whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. This provides essential nutrients, supports overall health, and may help reduce the risk of serious conditions like cancer.
3️⃣ Quit smoking: Smoking and to***co use disrupt hormone levels and increase inflammation. These effects can contribute to an increased risk of various health issues, including prostate cancer.
4️⃣ Discuss prostate cancer screenings with your health care provider. For many men, discussions about prostate cancer screening typically begin around age 55 or earlier if you have a family history or other risk factors.
