✨ This weekend, I’m offering a childbirth refresher class. This is for expecting 🤰🏽families 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 who have previously given birth. We will process any prior birth experiences, and refresh the wide range of normal with regard to labor and delivery, with an emphasis on unmedicated labor and birth. We also discuss how to integrate other children in the process and how to best prepare for a successful postpartum experience regardless of whether birthing at home, hospital or a birth center.
