I remember the day I realized something was wrong. I wasn’t just tired—I was bone-deep exhausted. My body hurt in ways I couldn’t explain, and no amount of rest helped. Doctor after doctor said, “You look fine.” But I didn’t feel fine. Eventually, the word “fibromyalgia” entered my life. And nothing has been the same since.
