Fitness, like life, is about the journey
and while the path is yours, you don’t have to walk it alone. I’m so grateful to walk this path with all of you... encouraging, pushing and holding each other accountable. While we take our goals seriously, we smile and laugh along the way. From advice to therapy we’re there for each other in ways you don’t expect when you’re signing up.
So once again thank you, you inspire me and remind me why I love what I do every time you show up! And to all those who didn’t make the photo this time...I promise to embarrass you soon!

There’s no substitute for the feeling you get when you know you just killed it... and you should by the way... achieve that feeling every time you workout. Pushing beyond what you think is your limit and doing so safely, is the fast path to real results. The goal should always be to create habits and motivate yourself...your trainer should be there to motivate you until you can motivate yourself, to teach the skills, give you the confidence and create the path that you can proudly walk on your own. So if you’re not sweating, feeling exhausted by your workouts and walking away from them feeling proud of how you killed it... DM me and let’s get started. New year, new decade, new you... experience the psychological and physical benefits of pushing your limits. It’s amazing how your life changes when you start doing things you never thought possible...

Jazz started in January and has been averaging about 3 days per week. He’s also been eating right and becoming increasingly more motivated by his results. When he began his he was doing my workouts with relatively light weight and little coordination when it came to explosive movements or jumping rope. Fast forward and this guy is literally a different person... his strength and dexterity has increased exponentially and his ability and coordination are incredible. I don’t hear “I can’t!” anymore, just “I hate you!”. He has gone from a size 40” waistline to a 34 and went from weighing 222lbs to a solid 186lbs. He looks like he’s lost even more than that but as we all know, muscle weighs more than fat! So proud of this dude and his newly developed passion for fitness and look forward to seeing just how far he can take it!

Accountability is key in any fitness plan or goal setting regimen. This is why a class setting is so effective for long term success. When your friends show up there’s a better chance you will, and if you don’t, you’re going to hear about it. I’d say were a family here at but then not everybody wants to be around family five days a week. So join us, and let your friends push you until you can push yourself!
