These water recipes can help make it a little easier to stay hydrated during cancer treatment. Save these for later and follow us for more helpful tips. 🧡

Use a glass pitcher and clean mineral water only.
When using veggies for fruit, only use a minimal amount as they can get soggy if you’ll be drinking the water over the course of a few days. Just make what you need daily, and you’ll always have a robust taste. Enjoy!

Cucumber Mint Water 🥒
Ingredients: Sliced cucumber, fresh mint leaves, water.
Directions: Add cucumber slices and mint leaves to a glass pitcher of water. (You don’t want to digest plastic) Allow it to infuse in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.

Lemon Ginger Detox Water 🍋
Ingredients: Sliced lemon, fresh ginger slices, water.

Directions: Combine lemon slices and ginger in a pitcher of water. Let it infuse overnight in the fridge for a strong flavor.

Fruit-Infused Water 🍓
Ingredients: Any combination of fruits (strawberries, oranges, lemons, limes, blueberries, etc.), water.

Directions: Slice the fruits and add them to a pitcher of water. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight for a flavorful drink.

Watermelon Basil Infused Water 🍉
Ingredients: Cubed watermelon, fresh basil leaves, water.

Directions: Mix cubed watermelon and basil leaves in a pitcher of water. Let it infuse in the fridge for a few hours.

Herbal Infused Water 🌿
Ingredients: Herbs like rosemary, thyme, or lavender, water.

Directions: Place the herbs in a pitcher of water and let it infuse in the refrigerator for a few hours for a subtle herbal taste.

Citrus Splash Water 🍊
Ingredients: Slices of lemon, lime, and orange, water.

Directions: combine slices of lemon, lime and orange in a pitcher of water.

Remember to allow these infused waters to sit for some time to allow the flavors to meld. Additionally, adjust the quantity of ingredients according to your taste preferences. Enjoy staying hydrated with these flavorful and healthy water recipes! 💧
