Crispy Rice Chicken Skillet
INGREDIENTS 🍚 🍗 🫑
* 1–2 cups cooked jasmine rice (cold)
* 1 cup cooked chicken (chopped)
* 2 tbsp avocado or olive oil
* ½ bell pepper
* 2 green onions
* 1 cucumber
* 1 tbsp tamari
* 1 tbsp sesame oil
* squeeze of lime
* Optional: sesame seeds, chili flakes

INSTRUCTIONS 🔥 🥣
1. Heat oil, press rice into skillet
2. Cook until crispy
3. Add chicken
4. Add veggies
5. Drizzle sauce
6. Mix + serve

This week I have corned beef, cabbage, carrots, and onions… It’s all getting turned into a warm, nourishing soup!

No waste
No complicated recipe
Just real food.
🥣 Corned Beef & Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
* 1–2 cups cooked corned beef, chopped
* 2 cups cabbage, chopped
* 1–2 carrots, sliced
* ½ onion, chopped
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 4 cups broth (chicken or beef)
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* Salt + pepper

Instructions
1. Heat oil, sauté onion + garlic
2. Add carrots + cabbage, cook 2–3 min
3. Add corned beef
4. Pour in broth
5. Simmer 15–20 min
6. Season + serve
