Start the week with this inspiration! Betty Kellenberger hiked the entire Appalachian Trail—that's nearly 2,200 miles!—at age 80. She broke a record for the oldest woman to hike the entire trail, which crosses 14 states, Georgia to Maine.

The WashPo quoted her saying, "We put all kinds of limitations on ourselves. Sometimes the biggest one is we don't get up and try it."

After Hurricane Helene upended her plans, Betty Kellenberger completed the 2,200-mile hike from Georgia to Maine, setting a new age record on the legendary trail.
