We heard you wanted another hot sculpt class added to the schedule! Ok, fine! 🤗It’ll be on Monday’s at 5:30am based on Tia’s availability. Check our Mindbody app for classes. Right now we are only scheduling through October. Starts Monday, September 15th.

A note from Tia:
This will be an advanced, fast pace, intense, mat class that will strengthen your entire body. ✨
