As Christmas day winds down, I’m sitting with so much gratitude for this community.
Thank you for showing up, for trusting the journey, for choosing to come home to yourselves again and again.
However you spent today, in joyful gatherings or quiet stillness, I hope you found moments of peace and presence.
You deserve both the celebration and the rest.
Grateful for each of you. Here’s to carrying this warmth into the final days of the year.

𝙏𝙤𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙄’𝙢 𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪.
For this community that shows up, does the work, and chooses healing even when it’s hard.
I’m grateful for the clients who trust me to hold space for their journeys. For the conversations that remind me we’re all figuring this out together. For the people who’ve taught me that gratitude isn’t something that just happens—it’s something we practice, especially on the days it doesn’t come easy.
I’m grateful for my family and friends, for Max, for the quiet moments and the messy ones, for the lessons that come wrapped in challenge, and for the joy that sneaks in when we least expect it.
This work we do together—the breathwork, the healing, the practice of coming back to ourselves—it matters. You matter.
However you’re spending today, I hope you find moments of peace. I hope you’re gentle with yourself. And I hope you know that even if gratitude feels far away right now, you’re exactly where you need to be.

Life was LIFING this week.
- Cranky with my husband
- Couldn’t sleep

The Full Moon in Aries hit HARD. And here’s the thing—I even talked about this energy coming at my breathwork circle last weekend.
Knowing didn’t protect me from feeling it. Because it’s not about what happens TO us. It’s about how we dance with it.
Here’s what I did to support myself:
- I came back to my breath.
- I asked for help.
- I moved my body.
- I released what was ready to go.
- Received what I needed.

A simple balancing breath technique.
1. Feet firmly planted in the ground, relax belly, shoulders, and jaw.
2. Inhale through the nose, belly expands, for a count of 4.
3. Exhale through the nose, belly contracts, for a count of 4.
4. Repeat 10 times.
Try it out and let me know how your body feels afterwards.

20 years of marriage
37 years of friendship
From college graduation fields to noise-canceling headsets,
through trauma work and heart work,
we’ve learned love isn’t just the destination—
it’s choosing each other in every messy, beautiful step along the way.
Two decades in, and we’re still rolling with it, baby.
Still figuring it out together.
Still finding our way back to love.
Still grateful to be doing this life with my best friend, my rock.
Here’s to the next 20—and all the in-betweens yet to come. 💜

I believe that healing oneself will bring healing to the world. We are all connected, and the ripple effect is real. I have found tremendous healing of past trauma through Breathwork and Reiki. I am committed to sharing these healing modalities with others.
My own spiritual journey began more than four years ago through daily meditation and journaling after an unexpected medical emergency changed the trajectory of my path.
I am a certified Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master Practitioner and one of the original founders and co-leaders of a women’s group in Annapolis, MD. I have completed training with Erin Telford as well as the founder of this particular modality of Breathwork, David Elliott. I work with individuals both one on one, in virtual sessions and with groups in Breathwork Circles.
Breathwork is an active meditation technique that facilitates emotional release, connects you to your body, moves stuck energy and opens your heart by using a specific three step pranayama technique. It is a beautiful, simple and powerful practice that can help deepen your self-knowledge and provide clarity. It is great for reducing anxiety, depression and stress as well as connecting to your intuition and creativity. This type of breathwork is not meant to calm and relax, but rather move and release energy from your body so you can heal. Often, it leaves you feeling lighter, less burdened and more open hearted. The practice is simple…the results are profound.
Reiki is a Japanese technique used for stress and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands,” and is based on the premise that we all have life force energy flowing through us. If one’s life force energy is low, then we are likely to become ill or feel stress, if it is high, we are more capable of staying happy and healthy. Reiki heals by charging the affected energy field with positive energy therefore raising the vibration levels and causing the negative energy to break apart and fall away. This makes way for life force energy to flow in a healthy way.
