We are so grateful for the opportunity to partner with Central Virginia Health Services (CVHS) and share more about what we do at Touching Hearts at Home!

Our team had the pleasure of providing lunch for their amazing staff and spending some time discussing how our services can support and complement the care they provide. Collaborations like this allow us to better serve individuals and families in our community by ensuring they receive the compassionate support they need both at home and within the healthcare system.

We are proud to that share that Touching Hearts at Home Louisa is now partnering with the Alzheimer’s Association💜to better serve our community and the families we serve.

Through this partnership, our caregivers are receiving specialized dementia training and certification to ensure we provide compassionate, knowledgeable, and person-centered care for individuals living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia.

At Touching Hearts at Home, we understand that dementia care requires more than assistance with daily tasks, it requires patience, understanding and Heart💜. Our dementia-trained caregivers are equipped with the tools and education needed to:
