We are excited to introduce H.E.R. Path Forward, a new outpatient program designed to support adolescent girls experiencing emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges, including family conflict, emotional dysregulation, and other personal challenges, through structured therapeutic and relationship-centered support.

Families, caregivers, school personnel, and community partners are invited to attend our upcoming virtual information session to learn more about:

• program structure
• participant eligibility
• referral process
• cohort schedule
• services and supports

Today marks 4 years of serving families in our community.

For the past four years, The Harmony Home Family Resource Center has worked alongside families navigating the child welfare and family court systems, providing support, structure, and a safe space during some of life’s most challenging moments.

We’ve been a little quiet on here, but our work has never stopped.

As we step into this next chapter, we’re excited to reconnect, share more, and continue supporting families on their journey forward.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted us, supported us, and grown with us over the years.

We’re just getting started. 💙
