💚Be positive... it doesn't matter if we think it will be a good day or a bad day, we are right!

Have an amazing day! I choose a blessed and wonderful day!

It's 77 degrees, rainy, and cloudy here today. I love the 77 degrees!

Along with being thankful for another year, I will check my blood pressure, meditate, drink my water, do yoga, walk, turn all my lights on, practice gratitude, pray for everyone in my prayer book, smile, and stay positive....

Let's go and keep moving forward!

🛑10 Symptoms You Shouldn’t Ignore

Your body is always talking—are you listening❓

As an RN (registered nurse), I honestly can't tell you the number of times, upon hearing of someone's death, that I will hear something like the following...

"I heard them say ... (symptom), OR

"They have been talking about (symptom) for a while now." OR

"I told them to go to the doctor. 😱"

It can just be really sad. Have you heard similar things? I think a lot of us have.

💡Negotiate the battle with them so they can take inches to medical attention.

▫ "Inch by Inch, it's a cinch!"

▫ I have used it a lot over the years to get something done. Take things one inch at a time before they grow into something much more.

▫ If they push you off, ask your loved one to reach out to the RN Coach, who is just a contact away. Or better yet, just set up a call. Have the RN Coach assist you in achieving your ultimate health and wellness goals.

💚Let’s figure it out together—before it becomes urgent.

Be Gentle With Yourself đŸ€—

We speak kindness into our friends’ lives with ease—yet our own inner dialogue can be the harshest voice in the room.

Today, flip the script:

💚Pause the Inner Critic.
Notice that sharp thought (“I should have done better”). Breathe. Would you ever say that to someone you love?
💚Offer the Same Advice You’d Give a Friend.
Imagine a dear friend in your exact situation. What words of comfort, perspective, or encouragement would you share? Now turn those words inward—they’re yours to receive, too.
💚Choose Progress Over Perfection.
Healing, growth, and change are never linear. Celebrate tiny victories; extend grace on the messy days. Your journey is unfolding exactly as it needs to.
💚Anchor in a Gentle Ritual.
▫ Wrap your hands around a warm cup of something you enjoy,
▫ Jot a single line of gratitude, or take a five-minute stroll outdoors.

Small acts of nurture tell your nervous system, “I’m safe. I’m cared for.”

✹ Remember: Kindness is a renewable resource—you refill your own well every time you speak gently to yourself. The more compassion you cultivate within, the more you’ll have to share with the world.
