But Discipline? YES- discipline is the magic maker! 🪄 We love discipline, we NEED DISCIPLINE!

But the people who are really successful at reaching their goals are those who have created a life of discipline-

People have been burned by this industry 😡🔥…

As a health & fitness coach, this is a subject matter I feel like I need to bring up….

In the past few days I’ve heard from potential clients how they were over-promised and under-delivered, or the coaches they hired just weren’t qualified enough to give results 🙄

This is something that NEEDS TO CHANGE and hopefully will soon! 🤞🏼

I unfortunately see so many women without degrees, certifications, or any professional education giving advice they are not qualified to do 😡 this is NOT FAIR TO YOU!

…Just because you lost weight does not qualify you as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach or Health Professional

…Just because you went to the gym with your friend and both found something that worked for you- does not mean it will work for everyone

I take my job very seriously and am continuously working to improve my knowledge, experience, and business skills.

There are so many excellent trainers and coaches in this industry and I hate to hear that people are getting taken advantage of by the “bad eggs” 🥚
