And we're off…!!
Sixteen of us started our 21 day journey. Although we all have different goals, personalities, schedules and live in different areas of the country, we all want to live life to the fullest, feel amazing and live longer with vitality.

FOOD has a direct impact on us:

Heart health♥️: A diet rich in fruits, veggies, whole grains, lean proteins (tofu, chickpeas and lentils) and omega-3 fatty acids supports heart health. A high intake of saturated fats, cholesterol, and sodium can contribute to heart disease.
Bone strength🦴: Calcium, vitamin D (sunlight or vitamin D supplement), and magnesium are essential. A diet lacking these nutrients can increase the risk of osteoporosis and bone fractures.
