Growing some microgreens! 🥬
Swipe to see the process 💯
Not only packed with amazing flavor but 4-40 times more nutrients than the fully mature counterpart (ref. UMD, Qin Wang). First photo is of broccoli on a h**p substrate on day of harvest, second photo is basil on harvest day, third is one of the tray setups I am currently running. As you can see there is no dirt, these are hydroponic system that don’t require dirt. Going to be coming up with some videos on here and YouTube about growing some microgreens for yourself! If you are trying to plant your own microgreens and don’t know where to start shoot me a DM, I’ll gladly share any insights I can 🤙🏽
