Jump Rope/Hoops for Heart JRFH and HFH are a valuable programs that promote physical activity, heart healthy living, and community service to children.

Jump Rope For Heart and Hoops For Heart are national programs jointly sponsored by the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (AAHPERD) and the American Heart Association (AHA). General information

The JRFH and HFH programs combat heart disease and stroke through school-based health education and fundraising events. Proceeds go to the American Heart Association to benefit individuals who need advanced cardiac care and furthers critical cardiovascular research.
