I use to obsess over losing weight, now I’m obsessed with mobility, energy, gut health, hormone balance, pain management, mental health-FEELING GREAT & LIVING LIFE! I've lost over 150 lbs & kept it off for almost 10 yrs. Now I help other women who find themselves at a place they never thought they would be at this season in their lives to set & CRUSH their goals and get sustainable RESULTS!

I’ve always believed in & practiced -mind, body, and soul. And now I can offer this to all of you!
I’m starting by sharing this delicious dessert, that will give you sustained energy and take away the guilt of eating a “comfort food” dessert. I mean who doesn’t ❤️ chocolate pie?

Lori’s Protein Packed Chocolate Caramel Pie
Recipe:
• 2 scoop’s Chocolate Caramel Brownie
• 1 container of tofu
(silken, or firm) and drain the water .
• 1/2 cup all natural peanut butter.
• 2 Tbsp skim milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk, because I’m lactose intolerant).
• Optional 3 drops stevia for a sweeter pie.
• 1 Tbsp cocoa powder.
• 1 premade pie crust.

1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Scoop mixture into the premade pie crust.
3. Place in the refrigerator for at least one hour or until firm.
