Tw***ie Diet? Does it work? Is it healthy? Do they even make Tw***ies anymore?
Yes, Yes, No, and I don't know!
The (FLoT) First Law of Thermodynamics is the conservation of energy and states that "energy can be transformed from one form to another, but can be neither created nor destroyed." So if your body burns 2,000 calories a day and all you eat is 1,500 calories in Tw***ies your body will transfer fat and/or muscle into 500 calories of energy that your body needs. If you do this for 7 days your body will have to transfer 3,500 calories of fat/muscle to energy and 3,500 calories equals one pound. So yes you can lose weight eating Tw***ies. And a nutrition professor did it to PROVE IT!
But did you see where I wrote "fat and/or muscle?" If you don't eat enough protein your body can break muscle down for energy. Even the nutrition professor drank a protein shake each day to minimize muscle lose.
So what did the Tw***ie professor want to prove? That the quantity of calories is more important than the quality of calories because too many people focus on what they eat but they don't "COUNT CALORIES!" So step one to losing weight (or gaining weight for underweight individuals) is counting calories! But unfortunately the articles being written about the Tw***ie professor don't explain what step 2-100 are to continue losing weight because the Tw***ie Diet doesn't help you feel full.
So what is step 2 to help us maintain a calorie deficit without losing a bunch of muscle and feeling starved with headaches and stomach aches? Send me a private Facebook message and I'll tell you!

Sharing this news is almost a disservice to the public, but the overarching point this self-studying professor is trying to make by eating overly processed, sugary junk-food for 10 weeks is simple: calories do matter. Mark Haub, a professor of human nutrition at Kansas State University, set-out t
