✨ Balance Without Losing Your Mind (or Your Mascara) ✨
Let’s be real: balancing life, business, womanhood, and spirituality can sometimes feel like juggling flaming swords… while wearing heels. 👠🔥 But queen, it doesn’t have to feel like chaos if you start using a few simple shifts:
1. Protect your “Non-Negotiables.”
Before you dive into emails or to-do lists, make sure your soul fuel comes first (prayer, meditation, journaling, or movement). When you’re grounded, you make better decisions all day long.
2. Work in “Power Pockets.”
Forget trying to multitask everything. Instead, give yourself focused chunks of time (like 60–90 minutes of deep work) followed by time to be fully present with your people—or just savoring that cup of coffee ☕ guilt-free.
3. Theme Your Days.
Instead of cramming every role into every day, try giving each day a vibe. Example: Monday = Biz building, Tuesday = Family, Wednesday = Soul care. It creates flow instead of overwhelm.

There were moments I almost quit.
When the money didn’t add up.
When the vision felt too far away.
When the weight of it all made me question if I was even called to this.

👉 Galatians 6:9 says:
“Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”
That verse has carried me through more seasons than I can count. It’s why I keep showing up, even when I don’t see the full picture yet.

Missy is the top-rated Spirit Medium in Ohio. She has worked with several thousand clients over the years like public officials, law enforcement, celebrities and the FBI all over the country. Missy does occasionally work on missing persons cases. She also continues to provide education and resources for parents of children with abilities. Her main objective is to bring awareness and healing through different forms of mentoring classes, what she likes to call “Soul School” and through various higher awareness exercises for those that want to use their gift for the greater good.
Missy is an active member of the Forever Family Foundation which is a non-profit parapsychology research program. This foundation certifies mediums based on controlled environment settings and ability to have readings with a high level of accuracy based on the opinion of the sitter receiving the reading. Other celebrity mediums like Laura Lynne Jackson, Kim Russo and Theresa Caputo have also been certified through this foundation. Missy also hosts a Spotify Podcast called The Comedian Mediums.
Trevor is certified in Reiki I and II and has a Master certification in Usui Reiki. Trevor and Missy also unite for families in need of house or business cleansings & blessings. Also they have worked with members of the Travel Channel and other paranormal research organizations they help families with unexplained paranormal activity find answers to help explain what may be happening in their home.
They have been honored to be recognized as "Best Small Business" in 2019 by their hometown residents for the community support and volunteering they have shown. They plan on opening their own volunteer basis organization this year, called “The Sage Shack, LLC” where clients can come to a safe place to find help, get a reading with Missy, a Reiki session with Trevor, seek grief coaching, take lessons from Missy and Trevor and their team as well as find the resources they are in need of for personal spiritual growth, both metaphysical and homeopathic.
