🧄🍯 My Winter Honey–Garlic Blend Is Brewing! 🍯🧄

Every winter I like to prep a simple homemade honey–garlic mixture — not as a replacement for medical care, but as a traditional kitchen remedy that many people use to support their wellness during cold and flu season.It’s incredibly easy to make:

1️⃣ Peel a bunch of fresh garlic cloves

2️⃣ Place them in an airtight jar

3️⃣Cover them completely with raw honey

4️⃣Let it sit for 3 weeksEach week, “burp the jar” — just loosen the lid to let out the natural gases that build up as the mixture ferments, then close it back up and let it continue doing its thing.

As it sits, the garlic softens, the honey thins, and the two blend into a potent, flavorful syrup.

✨ Why people love this mixture:• Garlic and honey have been used for generations as traditional foods that may help support immunity•

Both contain natural compounds with antibacterial and antiviral properties in lab settings• Many find it soothing when they’re run down•

📸 Only 5 pounds difference between these two pictures… but nearly 9 inches LOST!
This is the perfect example of why the scale should never be your only measure of progress.

In these photos, we’re seeing major body composition changes — she’s trading fat tissue for lean muscle, and that’s where the real transformation happens. 💪✨

But the scale? It barely moved.
Here’s what did change 👇
