A Note from the Founder 💫

Over the past few days, I have been asked the same question repeatedly: What is your New Year's resolution? My answer has been straightforward - I do not have one.

During my tenure as a Health Coach in 2016, I adopted the One Word concept, which involves choosing a single, powerful word to guide one's intentions for the year. This approach is a gentle yet transformative way to stay grounded, focused, and aligned. This year, my word is "Purpose."

It reminds me to move with intention, trust my path, and show up fully for the work I am called to do.
