Meet one of my clients Pedro, a professional house painter who came in with a frozen shoulder so locked up, he couldn’t lift his right arm to shoulder height. A decade of overuse and pain had him relying on steroid injections just to get by. PT was excruciating, and he was seriously considering filing for disability.
