On the road to wellness; physical, emotional and spiritual balance are all needed. The interplay between diet, exercise, movement, relationships with others, our physical bodies and our sense of well-being determines our health. We believe in homeostasis, which is the body’s ability to maintain healthy and stable function. At times, outside forces in our lives cause imbalance. Our role is to support its journey back to wellness. By taking the time to examine all the factors involved, we work together to remove obstacles to the body’s innate ability to heal. Our priority is teaching prevention and self-care tools to help empower women to take control of their health. We work in partnership with our clients to develop individualized programs to address their needs and bring long-lasting changes to their overall health.

Our Story

Dr. Rebecca Cohen, MD, Certified Arvigo® and Holistic Pelvic Care Practitioner offers gentle integrative healing practices for women to help evaluate and restore physical and energetic balance and treat common female health concerns. At Full Circle Holistic, I address all aspects of women’s health care from specific gynecologic complaints such as urinary tract infections to overall wellness including balanced hormonal, reproductive and digestive systems.
