With over five years of experience as a yoga teacher and a graduate of Advanced Massage Therapeutics, her work is rooted in mindful movement and body awareness. Lo blends therapeutic massage with elements of Thai massage to create sessions that are both relaxing and deeply restorative. Her approach honors the connection between breath, body, and healing — helping clients unwind, realign, and feel more at home in their bodies.
